Fencing
And our 10 YEAR WARRANTY

The first step in our process is to mark and drill the holes. We make sure every hole is below the frost line so that when the ground freezes the posts don't push upwards. Every company should be willing to do this but they don't!

The next step is to set the posts. We always premix the concrete and wet pour around the posts. Most contractors will pour the cement in dry because its easier and they can continue working after the posts are in. Wet pour requires a day to cure before continuing. Using a dry pour will seem sturdy until a strong wind blows your fence over. Without properly mixing, the concrete becomes brittle.
Every contractor should be using wet pour, but again THEY DON'T

Now its time for the pearling's to be installed. Most contractors use nails to hold these boards on, because its cheaper and faster than using screws. We use ceramic coated screws so that they will never rust, and the panels can be taken down later if needed. this should be an industry standard but
IT'S NOT

The final step is to build the gates and install the pickets. We use staples to hold the pickets on, rather than nails. This allows the pickets to expand and contract naturally while holding the pickets in place twice as well. This should also be a standard but again IT'S NOT
These are the reasons that we are the only company that stands behind our work enough to offer a 10 year installation warranty.
